If you read my last post, you know my love for these Jeffery Campbell sandals!  They go with every outfit!!!

I tried this Hourglass ambient bronzer on when I was in Sephora a couple weeks ago and fell in LOVE! It has such a perfect shimmer & rich glowing color.

PEACHES! It's peach season in Illinois and yummmm so good!

Peonies are my favorite flower - I wish they bloomed year round.  We ordered some from the florist & they will arrive next week - I can't wait!

Guilty pleasure ~ I am borderline obsessed with watching Friends lately! I'm on Season 7 (out of 10!) - I'll definitely knock it out by the time school starts!

Friday's Favorites

Happy Friday! 

I've had my eyes on Jeffrey Campbell's Dola sandals ever since I first saw them!  I found that they were available to order, but they were on back order for a month and a half on Revolve Clothing.  Anyways, they FINALLY came in the mail this week and I could not be more excited! 

Last weekend I went to Chicago to visit one of my best friends (so fun!) and we went to the new Lilly Pulitzer store at the Oakbrook Shopping Center.  They had such a great selection of bright cheery pieces I could hardly contain my excitement! One of the items I purchased was the adorable romper pictured below - so happy and fun!  

The jeweled sandals and Lilly romper definitely make a great outfit for summer!

Hello to all - first, sorry for the blogging break, but I'm back now!
One of my favorite things about summer is TRAVELING!  I wish I could travel every week, but work kind of gets in the way of that plan...  Anyways, I spent all of last week in Los Angeles, California (dream come true!) with the girls in my family. It was so fun - we got to see all the sights and sounds of the beautiful (yet crowded) city.

We went to Malibu and Santa Monica beaches:

Went to the farmer's market in Santa Monica - which let me tell you, the fruits and veggies were SO good!  Thankfully there were samples at almost every stand!  There were a couple of stands that had flowers for sale - we bought some daisy's for our hotel room!

One of the things I was most excited about was watching the sunset!  Since I spend all of last summer in Virginia Beach, I watched many east coast sunrises over the ocean.  Now I can say that I have seen the sunset over the west coast ocean - so neat!

Of course we went to Rodeo Drive and did some shopping browsing!  And when we drove past the Beverly Hills sign, we HAD to stop and take a picture with it.

Los Angeles was fun, but being with the girls was the best part!
