Hello Boulder

My best friend from Germany came to visit me for a couple of weeks and while she was here we had a long weekend (praises!) We knew we wanted to do a weekend trip to somewhere neither one of us had visited before, so we found the cheapest flights we could and they just happened to be to Colorado!

We flew into Denver, rented a car, and headed towards Estes Park. Boulder is roughly half way between the two so we had planned to spend time in the city for a while before we enjoyed the nature.

Boulder was so neat and we really enjoyed it! Pearl Street was our absolute favorite and where we spend the majority of our time there. So many adorable shops and restaurants, perfect fall weather, and kind people all around.

Pearl street was filled with street performers and free spirits. It was unlike any city I've ever been to.  After walking around here and eating delicious falafel for lunch, we explored a farmers market area and ate ice cream before heading out.  Although we didn't spend much time here, I definitely think that we got a taste of the town and learned that we could have contently spent quite a bit of time here!

Xo,
