Coffee in Sweden

While in Copenhagen, I realized I was closer to Sweden than I probably ever would be, so I decided I might as well go!

Malmo, Sweden is only a 35 minute train ride from Copenhagen, and thanks to my Eurail pass, I can simply hop on whatever train I want to without having to purchase a ticket. I got on the next train to Sweden and am so glad that I did.  It was so great!

There were hardly any people around besides, and almost no tourists at all (probably because it I went on a Wednesday and because it was rainy). It was so enjoyable!

After walking through Stortorget (the main square) which was surrounded with so many old and intricate buildings, I walked through the Lilla Torg (the little square) that had little restaurants and quaint and cozy coffee shops nearby. I chose to go to Eida, a little cafe with lots of windows, and happily spent most of my time in Sweden drinking a cappuccino.

I also walked through Kungsparken and Slottsparken parks, and saw the beautiful Slottsmollan windmill. These parks were such a nice and restful surprise after spending the past couple days in bustling cities.

Such a refreshing afternoon!

Xoxo,
